On arrival at Gatwick Airport, can you meet us as we come through Arrivals?

Yes of course, this is called 'meet and greet', one of our drivers will be waiting with your name visable as you come through the arrival doors and give you a hand with your luggage to the car.

Will meet and greet cost any more?

As a service, no, but you will be expected to pay the short term car park fee which is about £3 for up to an hour.

Can we meet you outside, save paying the car park fee?

Yes you may, at Gatwick's North Terminal there is an arrivals pickup point which is located on the ground floor, come out of the terminal and head left and you will see a building with Car Rental on the front, I will be waiting there for you.
At the South Terminal, it is slightly more tricky as it is meant for depatures only which means no waiting, but we can keep in contact on the mobiles and I can be there as you come through.

What if my flight is delayed on arrival, will it cost more and will you be there?

Of course we will be there for you and no, it won't cost any more. I will keep tabs of your arrival time on our Gatwick Live Flight Arrivals website and be there whether it comes in early or late.

Should I turn my phone on when I land?

Yes please, it can be helpful for both of us. I will usually give you a courtesy call when you are in the baggage hall just for peace of mind.

Are you able to carry a baby or young child?

Yes, we have a selection of baby / child seats which will be fitted at no extra cost.

Realistically how many people and luggage can you carry?

We have a large fleet of executive saloons, MPV's, 8 and even a 16 seater. Please let us know your requirements so that we may supply the appropiate vehicle.

Do you accept card payment?
